At Sparrowhawk Native Plants, we want you to feel as vibrant as our collections, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a full refund or seamless swap.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
